reshapecare is an easy-to-follow program, accomplished from the comfort of your home. This HIPAA-compliant program is delivered through our innovative, easy-to-use content-rich app which enhances behavior change through engagement. Focusing on four established dimensions of successful behavior change—nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress—and designed to provide flexible structure and support from a live board certified health coach in a manner that is customized, simple, and practical.

HealthKit is integrated into the reshapecare application for tracking weight and sleep. The data is shown on the application's dashboard tab and sent to your coach daily to view your progress. To setup Apple HealthKit use the Devices button in the More Tab.
